Our friendly, courteous staff will quickly examine your stuff, keep what we can, give you your cash and you’re done! The length of time it takes usually ranges from five to fifteen minutes depending on how much you bring in. We pay between 35% and 40% of what we will sell the item for. We always pay in cash; never a check you have to take to the bank. Our customers are on top of what’s hot and what’s not so we have to be selective about what we can take. Items may be declined if they are not current enough or not a popular brand. The best way to get the most for your items is to follow these simple steps:
- Wash your clothes before bringing them in. Would you want to touch a strangers dirty clothes? Eeew. Besides, washing could eliminate stains that would cause us to decline the item.
- If you wore it when you started high school and now you’re heading to college, donate it to charity.
- Kindly take a few seconds to wipe the dust off those shoes that have been in the back of your closet for the last six months before bringing them in.
- Clothing can be folded and placed in bags or baskets; hangers are not necessary.
